HPSC: Shortlisting Criteria for the Posts of Superintendent (Legal) (Class II In Law & Legislative Department, Haryana, Against ADVT. NO.4 (V)




It is here by announced for the general information of the candidates who have applied for two posts of Superintendent (Legal) (Class-II) in Law and Legislative Department, Haryana against Advertisement No. 4 (V).
Keeping in view the large number of applications and as per condition laid down in the advertisement, the Commission has decided to shortlist the candidates in the respective categories for interview on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in advertised essential academic qualification i.e. B.A L.L.B. The minimum cut off percentage in L.L.BIL.L.M degree for each category is given as under:-

2.                  Backward Classes of Haryana                               54%
No post is reserved for any other category except Backward Classes of Haryana, therefore, all candidates of other reserved categories will be considered in General Category. All the shortlisted candidates with the above mentioned percentage of marks or higher will be interviewed by the Commission. The eligible candidates are advised to read the above mentioned notice carefully and attend the interview on the dates as per interview schedule to be published separately and as per date indicated in the interview letters which will be issued separately. However, candidates who do not possess the minimum cut off percentage of marks for
shortlisting under the respective categories are advised not to contact the Commission office in this regard.
