It is announced for general information of the candidates who have applied in response to advertisement No. 5 / 2011 published on 28.11.2011 and declared qualified for the HCS (Ex. Br.) & Other Allied Services Main Examination - 2011 that the Main Examination Scheduled to be held in the month of August 2012 as per provision laid down in Annexure - III to Rule 11 (1) of HCS (Ex. Br.) & Other Allied Services Rules 2008, will now be held from 02.09.2012 onward at Panchkula.
Admit Cards to the eligible candidates are being sent separately by Registered Post. Candidates who do not receive Admit Cards upto 31.08.2012 should contact the Commission’s office personally at Panchkula on 01.09.2012 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM for obtaining the duplicate Admit Cards. The candidates who find any error in the Name, Category, Date of Birth, Optional subject etc. in their admit cards, should also contact the Commission’s office on the above said date for necessary rectifications in the Admit Card. After 01.09.2012, neither duplicate admit card will be issued nor any rectification in the admit card will be carried out by the Commission.
